All designs offered on this site — including book covers, phone cases, digital downloads, and other future products — are original works created by Tori W. under the brand Phoenix Tranquility Design Studio.

✅ What You Can Do (for Book Covers & Other Design Products)

When you purchase a pre-made book cover, you are granted a limited license to:

Use the design for your self-published or traditionally published book
Upload it to digital platforms (Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, etc.)
Print and distribute physical books using the design
Add your own author name and title (or request customization if offered)

When you purchase a design product (such as a phone case, sticker, or future print item):

You may use the item for personal use or as a gift
You may share product photos with credit to Phoenix Tranquility Design Studio

❌ What You Cannot Do

Whether for book covers or other items, you may not:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the design
Upload it to marketplaces like Etsy, Redbubble, or Canva templates for resale
Claim the design as your own
Use the artwork for AI training, NFTs, or any AI/image generation dataset

🤖 AI and Machine Learning Restrictions

Use of any Phoenix Tranquility Design Studio artwork, mockups, or products in AI model training, synthetic media, or machine learning tools is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to:

Add, edit, or remove products at any time
Update this policy without prior notice
Adjust pricing, customization options, or product descriptions

We will always act in good faith to protect both your rights and ours as creators and buyers.
