DESIGN LICENSING & USE POLICY

1. COPYRIGHT & EXCLUSIVE OWNERSHIP

Upon successful completion of payment checkout, full exclusive commercial and digital reproduction rights for the final customized graphic artwork transfer permanently to the Purchaser. Phoenix Tranquility Studio retains non-exclusive rights to display the design strictly within its professional portfolio galleries and marketing retrospectives. The original designer copyright remains anchored under registered brand firewalls.

2. PERMITTED USAGE (WHAT YOU CAN DO)

Purchaser is granted full clearance to utilize the high-resolution customized image asset for:

- E-book covers, audiobooks, and physical print book layouts across all major global distribution networks (including Kindle, KDP, and IngramSpark).

- Promotional storefront graphics, author marketing materials, and digital advertising banners.

- Book merchandise, bookmarks, and promotional printing lines.

3. RESTRICTIONS (WHAT YOU CANNOT DO)

Purchaser is strictly prohibited from executing the following actions under international intellectual property statutes:

- Selling, licensing, or distributing the raw, un-flattened artwork file or typography plates to any third-party entity.

- Using individual elements, background tracks, or characters from the design to create separate standalone products.

- Altering, modifying, or painting over the final flattened artwork without explicit written authorization from Phoenix Tranquility Studio.

4. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & MACHINE LEARNING DATA LOCK

To preserve data integrity and protect human intellectual capital, this artwork is locked behind active network security firewalls. Explicit permission is permanently denied for any part of this design, text, or visual layout to be scraped, crawled, or ingested into any Artificial Intelligence (AI) generation models, machine learning algorithms, or data training repositories.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY PROTOCOL

Every pre-made design variant in our portfolio is a strictly exclusive, one-of-a-kind asset. Once a cover layout undergoes checkout clearance, it is permanently de-provisioned and removed from our active retail inventory node. It will never be resold or replicated for another author. Final customized high-resolution print-ready files are delivered to the Purchaser's verified email interface within 24 hours of receiving text strings for the title, author name, and optional tagline.

6. CUSTOM REQUESTS & POLICY CHANGES

Phoenix Tranquility Studio reserves sovereign authority to modify these operational terms at any time. All updates log automatically to this production ledger.
